Old Tom’s Workshop creates magnificent things from wood. Our mission is to make and sell beautifully crafted premium bespoke wooden furniture, gifts, toys, and heirloom quality keepsakes that our clients will love and cherish.
Our passion lies in making bespoke woodwork projects that thrill our clients and exceed their expectations. ‘Off-the-shelf’ isn’t our thing; we love to make custom wooden goods that have specific requirements and are hard to find elsewhere.
Most of our projects are custom furniture commissions that are developed in partnership with our clients. We utilise their photographs, screenshots, sketches, and loose ideas to design and produce amazing bespoke furniture and gorgeous wooden goods.
We’re based in Rainford in the North West of England where we employ a variety of traditional hand tool woodworking techniques as well as contemporary workshop wood machining. We use both new and reclaimed timbers from a variety of hardwood and softwood species, as well as sheet materials.
